1. Continue to Achieve Global Market penetration
   • Continue to increase total number of device sales from the 2010 calendar year by 25% for 2011.

2. Introduce Small Unit onto Market by the end of the Q2, 2011
• Finish the development of small, portable unit and introduce it to the market by end of the 2nd Quarter, 2011


3. Continually look to decrease lead time by 15-25% for each Quarter of 2011
• This is measurable by:
• Manufacturing Thru-put
• Order Placement to delivery time


4. Improve Product Margin Quarterly
• This is measurable by:
• Cost of Thru-put
• Cost of Purchased Items


5. Complete EMC/Safety testing, CE/Technical File and Declaration of Conformity by the end of the 1st Quarter,2011
• PET will be able to measure this by confirmation of certification by the end of the 1st Quarter, 2011


6. Reduce Non Conformances of all kinds by 25% for 2011
• This can be measured by reduction in:
• Supplier Errors
• PET Errors


7. Reduce Corrective Actions of all kinds by 25% by end of 1st Quarter, 2011
• This can be measured by reduction in:
• Supplier Errors
• PET Errors
